One <iframe> tag puts your full course on your own site: an interactive map with the route, every aid station, distance markers and surface mix; the elevation profile with climbs shaded; fullscreen, 3D terrain and a flythrough of the whole course. It's phone-first — most of your entrants will meet it on one — and it comes in every TrailGoat theme so it can sit quietly inside your site's look.

The price is the small "Powered by TrailGoat" line and the click-through: runners who want pacing, fueling and crew planning for your course follow it to us. That's the whole deal — no fees, no accounts, no lock-in, and you can take the embed down any time. If you paid for a course widget elsewhere (some charge $599/yr), this is that, free, with a planner behind it.

Our catalog is built from races' own published course files, run through validation gates — but nobody knows your course like you do. Verification is a look from your side, not paperwork:

• 1 · Check your course page. Route, distance, elevation, aid stations, cutoffs — find your race in the course library and read it the way a registered runner will.
• 2 · Send what's off (or confirm it's right). The current GPX, the real aid-station list with mileages, the official cutoff schedule, this year's date — whatever we should correct, to kris@trailgoat.run. We usually turn corrections around within a day or two.
• 3 · Wear the badge. Your course carries ✓ verified by the race on its course page, in every runner's planner, and on your embed — the mark that separates your data from everything scraped and guessed.

Reroute in March? Email us and every surface updates — runners re-planning against your course get the new reality, not the old file. Verification is free too: an RD's eyes on the data are worth more to us than a fee.

The embed's click-through leads to the Run Planner, so the field arrives at your start line having done the homework:

• Pacing plans with your cutoffs in them — every stop shows the buffer against the official cutoff, so fewer runners chase the sweep math at 2 a.m.
• Crews that know where to be — the Live Crew Sheet gives every crew per-stop arrival times that re-forecast through the day, pacer hand-offs, and tap-to-call contacts. Fewer lost crews at the wrong trailhead is a race-day win for everyone.
• Fueling plans instead of bonks — hydration and carb targets per leg, matched to the forecast on your course.
