Build & modify courses
Draw your own route along the trails, or import a course to modify. Review its map, elevation profile and aid stations, then open it in the Run Planner.
Find a place or trailhead
Coordinates work for everyone; place names need sign-in. Searching moves the map, never your route.

Generate a race-inspired route
Signed in only. Drop one start point on the map, then choose a race: the route matches its distance and climbing on nearby trails and opens here for review.
Describe a route
Say it in everyday language. We’ll find the place, confirm the start and preferences, then show trail-routed options.
Choose a start below or drop one point on the map.
No start selected.
Optional: draw an area to keep generated routes inside it. Repeated laps are allowed.
Click or tap around the trails you want to use.
Click the map to drop your start.
Repair a section
Tap where the stretch to replace begins and where it ends. A replacement is routed between them and shown before anything changes; the rest of your route stays put, imported tracks included.
Or choose a section and enter track point numbers, which tell overlapping laps apart.
Loop & out-and-back tools
Draw at least two points to use route tools.
Close loop follows your Snap setting. Retrace copies your line in reverse. Reverse direction runs the same line the other way. Repeat copies the whole closed route, laps included; pins stay put. Undo reverses each tool in one step.

Paste aid stations from a race guide
Capra reads the aid table: stations, miles, cutoffs, crew access. You check every row before it’s added.
One station per line: its name, its mile and a cutoff if it has one, as Tony Grove 51.8 22:00 or Tony Grove, mile 51.8, cutoff 10:00 PM. A plain 22:00 is hours after the start; a clock time needs the event date and time above. Nothing is added until you confirm.
